" You've got mail "--- a re-teaming of
Hanks and Ryan, trying to create the same magic as in " Sleepless in Seattle". I
don't think it has succeeded by a long stretch. It is still a good movie for this movie
goer.
"Shakespeare in love"---This is truly a most enjoyable movie to see. It has all
the magic of an outstanding file with a creative script, good acting by all players, a
most charming leading lady and an irresistible leading man. How can it not be a fine
movie? We can see that Paltrow and Diaz are going to replace Ryan who replaced Doris Day
for light and romantic comedy roles. In this respect, Paltrow may have an edge over Diaz
who has a more contemporary look. Paltrom may also have a wider range of roles to play.
Near the end 1998, this movie goer finally saw two fine movies---"Elizabeth" and
" Shakespeare in love".
