Holidays Will Soon Be Over

Lighters:

I am having a grand holiday. All my sons are home with me. However, it is now almost over.

Michael will be flying back to Michigan to-morrow. He helped me designed the attendant advertizing, job description and application forms. My current attendant,
Chris, is not working out. He prefers to work almost full time to afford his own place to live while going to Mission College in the evening. I am asking my nephew, Wyman, to stay in my house rent free just to have someone trusted to be in and out of the house. I will find attendants to help me out on other house hold duties and the minimum personal care that I need.

Bonnie took advantage of the holiday and the children being around to help her move out to her trailer home. She feels that my condition is now stable enough and that it is time for her to pursuit her own life. I feel sad, abandoned and that she has taken half of my inner strength away. I guess I have no right to feel that way after what she had already helped.

Jonathan will be flying back to San Diego on the 4th, that is this Sunday. He remains my favorite and most trusted care taker. I feel so lucky and content with him around.

Peter is back in Berkeley looking for a place to live for the next semester. He is sick and tired of his filthy co-op house.

Holiday will soon be over and uncertainty is looming. Life goes on.
