SS Lau's article in the lighter Web brought back memories. I was one of the early settler in Philadelphia along with Mau Tao, and Carl. we used to gather at Mau Tao' home almost every weekend. We played basketball at the Chinese church and ate dinner with delicious dishes Mau Tao's mother's cooking.

As matter of fact, mid 70's after Carl moved back to Philadelphia, he came to my hotel on one of my business trip to pick me up and we went to Mau Tao's restaurant for a re-union. Carl and I got along real well. Since then he drifted away and lost contact. I knew he moved back to Philly to re-join DuPont.

There a re a lot of Lighters at Mau Tao's daughter wedding and I didn't see him there. I am assuming Mau Tao lost contact with him as well. Too bad.
