1) Lighters are welcome to join all four events
or to select any combination of the four events.
2) For Lighters who wish to join only Event 4,
the Cameron Highlands Tour, and not come to HK at all, they will
pay a different fee/price of USD280.00 for the tour. This
includes hotel accommodation but does not cover air passage from
your home city to Malaysia and return.

Registration Deadline
The closing date of receiving registrations for the
events will be June 30, 2002.
Payment Deadline
Payment of fees must be made on or before July 31,
2002.
Refund Policy
Should a Lighter wishes to cancel one or more of the
events which he/she has paid for, the refund on each event cancelled will
be made as follows:

Payment of Event Fees
By personal check (cheque)
Please issue your personal check in US currency,

(b) By your local bank draft
Your local bank draft should be in US currency
made payable to either Luk Chi-Chung or Wong Yue-Kai, Lawrence and must
be drawn on an American bank. Please send your bank draft to:

Note: Payment of your Event Fee by telegraphic transfer
(T/T) is not recommended as your local bank and ours will charge a
handling fee of US$15 to US$20 on each transfer.
Visa Requirement for Entering Mainland China &
Malaysia
Mainland China
Overseas Lighters who have not got the "Return
Country Certificate" need to have a visa to enter mainland China. You
can obtain a visa from your local Chinese Consulate office. If you wish,
you can obtain one when you arrive in Hong Kong, but you have to allow a
few working days for processing your application for the visa. For
details, please visit the web site of China Travel Service (Hong Kong)

(b) Malaysia
Tourists holding passports do not require a visa for
entry to Malaysia.
Travel Insurance
The tour fees do not cover travel insurance. Please
arrange for your travel insurance if you find it necessary.
