ALL Regional Administrative Officers are responsible for contacting Lighters known to their regions to make sure all messages and information
from Head Office are delivered. They also can take bookings from Lighters anywhere after booking commemced. Lighters live outside Regions mentioned above, can contact the closest or any Regional Officers of his or her choice for information or booking. All Regional Officers should keep contact constantly with each other. All bookings should be passed back on to CEO (Stanley Seto) or Account Manager ( Lawrence Wong).

Every Lighter has the right to refuse appointment as it is on valunteer bases. However, we (Lighters Down Under) need all the help we can get. So, please do your best to do so. Finnally, let me quote: " Whenever an idea is noble, the result should be a success". By B Russell.
